Cleaning tips for work: 1. Do Nothing. 2. Let the cleaning service do it.
Ndzalama Ngwenya’s positive energy and zest for life is palpable when you meet her. Dynamite really does come in small packages and if anyone can make cleaning interesting and fun she surely can!
Ndzalama, also a Life Coach, is originally from Bushbuckridge. She spent some time working overseas and in Johannesburg and she recently moved back to White River to open the Mpumalanga branch of their family business, Morning Afta Crew Cleaning Services. “Having been raised by a mother who was and still is a clean-neat-freak, my siblings and I had no choice than to fortunately inherit this clean-freak-gene. Opening up a cleaning company came naturally to us.”
“Cleaning with children in the house is like brushing your teeth while eating Oreos.” – Joleigh Little. Luckily you won’t have to worry about that if you are using Morning Afta Crew Cleaning Services. They provide the highest standards in all their services and in every aspect of the work they do. The workforce of 15 full-time and 10 part-time staff is highly trained and qualified to meet their clients’ needs and they are dedicated to offering diverse and specialised services.
The company specialises in domestic cleaning for apartments and houses, Air BnB homes and spring cleaning. They also do events cleaning like house parties, festivals, brand activations, food markets, as well as contract cleaning for schools, offices, shopping centres, malls and so much more. They currently have a contract with a bank in Mpumalanga where they do the cleaning of 13 branches.
Ndzalama’s vision for the future is to expand the business in the Mpumalanga area. She says the province is really growing and there are many opportunities for young entrepreneurs like herself. She would love to get other cleaners signed up in different locations and to even get to a stage where she is selling cleaning products as well – she especially has a passion for environmentally-friendly chemicals. She would love to get to a point where she can train people on the service and the product and in so doing create more jobs for people who need it. Ndzalama is happy to be back in White River and is keen to get relationships going in the town.
In the future she would like to give back to the community by starting a camp for teenagers and to use her life coaching skills and experience for the greater good: “All of my experiences (professionally and otherwise) play a central part of who I am today – what I believe in, how I conduct myself, and learning how to communicate and relate with all people from all walks of life.”
Ndzalama loves interacting with people and eagerly tries to understand them; thereby putting herself and her business in their position and offering her skills in the most authentic possible way. The Morning Afta Crew’s friendly teams are dedicated to keeping your space spotless. Why not give them a call and save yourself the hassle of cleaning?
